In Digital & Technology, Adam is passionate about creating an epic experience for Universal Interns. In 2023, Adam started a tradition of making intern cohorts feel welcomed with a welcome poster, LinkedIn post and Teams messages. The branding for each semester is unique and different. He organizes a Mix & Mingle event for all interns and their leaders to get acquainted. Adam invests in the Universal Internship program, since it is an excellent steppingstone into entry-level full-time roles at Universal.
