Every three years, Carnival Corporation invites 300 shipboard and shoreside employees to Orlando for a Leadership Conference.
The Conference celebrates the company's achievements and cultivates leaders of the Company. Adam was a co-planner for the conference in 2018. His roles included the production and run of show. One of his primary focuses was a segment featuring a Guest family from each cruise line. The company brought them to Orlando from all around the world to share why Carnival Corporation cruise brands are the best vacation for them.
