Hello, I am Adam Swiatek!

I am a self-starting and entrepreneurial team player focused on creating and cultivating relationships. During my time at The Walt Disney Company, Carnival Corporation, Wiley, and now Universal Destinations & Experiences, I led innovative integrated marketing and communications programs.
At Disney, I found a place for my love of data, analytics and marketing. I enjoyed my time working on Pre-Booking campaigns for Lead Generation and Lead Conversion in Customer Relationship Management (now called Customer Engagement). The best part of my role was dreaming of new ways to use data and guest information to inspire future Disney vacations. I was proud to be involved in revenue-generating marketing programs including: all sweepstakes, the Vacation Planning DVD, Disney Vacation Account, shopper re-contact emails and the innovative "One Triggered" communications stream.
During my four years at Carnival Corporation, the parent company of 9 cruise lines, I grew in new ways as a communicator. My experience and knowledge went beyond CRM and deeper into brand management, communications, executive communications advertising, promotions, and events. I gained a deep understanding of the cruise industry from all angles. I interacted with the CEO, Board of Directors and other C-Suite executives. I also had the opportunity to take on a deeper leadership role by leading team members.
My journey brought me to a role in higher education at Wiley. At Wiley, I led integrated brand marketing communicaitons for online programs at 4 universities. I was responsible for optimizing the performance of targeted campaigns, geared to engage prospective students, encouraging them to apply.
Finally, in my current role at Universal Destination & Experience, I enjoy integrating with digital channels to create best-in-class digital experiences for Guests. My role focuses on re-imaging the future of our digital landscape to stay competitive. During my time at Universal, I have leaned into the culture of our brand and made that a hallmark of my own experience. I frequently share my experience with my peers and others through LinkedIn. I am heavily involved with Universal’s Volunteer program, the Universal Education Center, Universal Orlando Foundation and the OUT Steering Committee.
I pride myself in building strong relationships in every area. My leadership style and background has been highly shaped by my Executive MBA education from Stetson University.
My knowledge of marketing communications for the travel and education industries is evident in the broad breadth of my professional work.
